Public curriculum terms

Effective September 5, 2026.

These terms cover adult and parent-led use of the public Academy curriculum preview. Adults supervise activities and decide how to use the material. The curriculum is supplemental; this site does not establish enrollment, school-of-record status, credentials or a guaranteed learning outcome. Public preview access does not create a paid subscription or a protected learner account. Any paid offer must identify its provider, price, payment cadence, cancellation and refund terms before acceptance. Existing family records in the legacy export remain locally controlled.

Read the entity, payment and privacy policy and provider notices for inquiry routing, external services and record handling. Use the inquiry desk for a non-sensitive request, including questions about access, correction or deletion.
